Spring Training Wraps Up

Spring training has officially come to a close for the Texan Revenants. After weeks of intense workouts, evaluations, and exhibition games, the coaching staff has finalized the 2026 roster. The camp was a resounding success, and we are more than ready for the regular season to begin.

The team competed in six exhibition games against a mix of pro-level talent, local amateur clubs, and up and coming organizations. These games gave the coaching staff a chance to evaluate the roster against different styles of play. The players showed great chemistry on the field, and the new signings quickly found their rhythm alongside the returning talent.

One of the biggest takeaways from camp was the depth of competition. Every player brought their best to the field each day, making the final roster decisions incredibly difficult for the staff. The seven invited players from local and international organizations pushed the signed roster to elevate their game, and that competitive energy is exactly what you want heading into a new season.

Those dudes are special. If it weren’t for us having a full roster and them having other obligations with their current teams, I’d consider taking them with us for the season. I wish them the best of luck with their year.

The coaching staff also observed strong performances from our new signings. The blend of veteran presence and fresh talent has created a clubhouse culture that is focused, hungry, and ready to compete.

The wait is almost over. The Texan Revenants open the regular season with a three-game series against Venezuela’s team starting April 27th through April 29th. We are looking forward to taking the field and showing the league what this team is made of. Thank you to everyone who followed along during spring training. The real work begins now. Let’s go Revs!
